A lively, sweaty, expressive dance inquiry - to come home to our bodies, release unwanted baggage and awaken the artist within. 

When we dance with mindfulness, we feel more alive, become more aware and come home to our shared humanity.

We embrace uniqueness and diversity. 

Any body is welcome, no dance experience is required.
