Courageous Conversations / Couple Sessions
I create a held space where individuals can express and explore their thoughts and feelings, share their stories that may be impeding connection, and clarify any with the purpose to rebuild connection. With my support and guidance, you will be heard and able to communicate openly.
I am passionate about having courageous conversations, as I have witnessed the positive changes that come from owning and taking responsibility for one's actions. By clearing your relationships of resentments, expectations, and assumptions, you can truly see each other for who you are, and not through any preconceived notions.
One on one Rage session / Start with Anger
If you want to learn how to feel again, start with anger. Practicing conscious anger allows you to take back your own authentic self, and be present, centered, and clear.
From there, you can hold space for more vulnerability, sensitivity, and intimacy.
Once your inner fire is burning, you can take a stand for what you care about, say yes or no, make clear decisions, and set healthy boundaries.
You can make and keep promises, and commit to things that are bigger than yourself, like life itself.
Emotional Healing Process
To heal the step to take is to feel the pain and there are 4 kinds of pains. You can feel angry, sad, glad or scared. In an emotional healing process, you will explore it, be with those 4 feelings. As humans, we have emotions that stem from incomplete feelings from the past.
An Emotional Healing Process is a non-linear space of Healing and Transformation where you can heal from a past emotion that has been stored in your body and free up space for your more of your adult to come forward.These session are not about understanding it from the mind, it is about making pain (anger, sadness, fear and joy) visible and completing the information it wants to bring.
Healing is taking on a new shape. With a new shape, you can then create and experience new results in your Life.
