This training is not about following a method, as with a facilitator training. Instead, it's about becoming the space. The spaces you hold are shaped by who you are.
Explore tools and distinctions that allow you to transform and embody the spaceholder you're meant to be. This process invites you to discover the spaces alive within you and to step into them with clarity and authenticity.
Music and movement act as the ground for our exploration as we unfold the wisdom that our feelings have to contribute. Our unique gifts and archaetypal energy shine through when we're balanced in each of our physical, emotional, mental and energetic bodies.
Learn practical tools and distinctions, and implement them to stay centred while holding space on your own, and as part of a team. Leave with the confidence to take your next step, whether holding a women’s circle, meditation retreat, conflict resolution space or a personal interest group.

Training Focus
Tuning in: Explore how your healing journey informs the spaces that you're drawn to hold. Uncover the creativity of your archetypal lineage and learn how to cultivate your unique gifts.
Movement: We use dance as a doorway, so that whatever is ripe to move from within can do so more readily.
Communication: Develop a language that resonates with others, regardless of the context.
Practical tools: Focus on feedback, coaching, feeling distinctions, the five bodies, and how to set clear contexts to support your own spaces to fly.
Expanding Possibilities: Practice shifting and lifting spaces to foster growth.
Developing Presence: Learn to bring clarity and guidance without controlling the space.
Experiment - celebrate mistakes as part of learning and growth. practice receiving and implementing feedback in real time.

This training isn't about cathartic expression - instead it focuses on discerning the information that feelings and emotions provide. It’s about shedding masks and listening to the heart’s language. Rooted in Possibility Management, this training fosters emotional curiosity and inner navigation, empowering participants to hold space from a grounded, open-hearted place. Embodied Freedom invites each person to embrace their emotions and navigate with their feelings by embodying their the five bodies—emotional, physical, energetic, mental, and archetypal—creating spaces where genuine transformation and connection can unfold.

Training Together To Create Transformation
This training is experiential - we move and learn from our bodies together. We live and create a village together for 4 days, supporting and holding space for ourselves and each other.
The community-based environment creates a support network for internal shifts to continue: for ongoing evolution in your life.
This is a space where everyone is learning and growing. You will transform with feedback and coaching along the way.

You will also leave with practical documentation of the processes and distinctions in the form of booklets and notes.

Unfolding the Seed: 6-week Online Follow-up
The Spaceholder training includes a 6-week online follow-up course: Unfolding the Seed.
This is to help you put the training into action. In this space we will go through all the steps to create and hold your first in-person space, either with friends at home or in public within your community.
You’ll practise the skills needed to deliver you first session with your team, such as how to emotionally prepare and handle your own fear and how to hold space for the other’s emotions and feelings that can arise in transformational spaces.
