Sybille's home features an insulated cordwood design with charming curved walls and beautiful mosaics, all nestled in a private setting surrounded by native bush, offering breathtaking views over Wainui Bay. Just a 10-minute walk to the beach, the house is equipped with solar and wetback water heating, as well as unlimited fast broadband.
Accommodating up to 20 guests, the house includes four cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a versatile workshop/lounge space. Whether you choose to stay for a night or several, you can rent either a room or the entire house, making it ideal for families, couples, or individuals.

From Home to a growing Village Hub - Evolution
INTRODUCTION
The transformation of our family home into a space to host retreats and trainings has been done. We have created this as a space for healing and transformation for ourselves, our families and our community of friends and clients.
THE IMPULSE
After years of hiring different venues and setting up events all over New Zealand, we have been dreaming of a simpler solution for bringing our event to the world and creating a hub for our community.
Now we have come full circle: What we have been looking for is right here, in our home at Tui Community in Golden Bay
THE VISION & FACILITIES
The is now a place for us to run workshops and trainings, and it will also be a place for YOU to come and connect with yourself, with others, and with nature. We intend to make you feel at home.
It as have a beautiful training space for yoga, dance or group workshops, dining area and kitchen facilities; a garden full of delicious food; plus accommodation for up to 15 people.
Here, we grow conscious community who support and grow together.
This a space to transform in as well as feel at home - nature, community and evolutionary gatherings.

Meet the Team
I have built this home as a family home and now that my sons are growing up I want to share it with others. It is now a resource for myself and the wider community. I am committed to creating the community around me and keep creating events and connection spaces.
Jason is a creative with the skills to build and make this space happen. Jason is committed to the vision of a conscious healing community that lives into the possibility of a regenerative and connected future.
