‘Feel to Heal’

Feelings arise in the now and last up to three minutes, presenting you with information to help you handle life. Emotions are feelings which were not able to be expressed properly in the past, which recur until they are completed (felt), and they can last from three minutes to an hour, week, or lifetime.

To complete emotions (which keep us living in reaction from the past) and start authentically choosing and navigating your present, you first learn to feel again. You reconnect to your anger, fear, sadness, and joy. This is where healing begins.

To heal we must face the pain, and there are only 4 kinds of pains - mad, sad, glad, scared. In an emotional healing process, you will dive into that pain and explore it, be with it, express it.

An Emotional Healing Process is a non-linear space of Healing and Transformation where you can heal from a past emotion that has been stored in your body to free up space for your Adult to come alive.

Healing is taking on a new shape which your dis-ease no longer fits into. With a new shape, you can create and experience new results in your Life.
