Feel, Express & Dance with all your Bodies, Physical, Mental, Energetic and Emotional.
Connect to your alive, raw and beautiful self.
Your feelings serve as a compass to your authenticity. The intention of this Weekend is to expand your capacity to feel and become more aware of your emotional body and the information it has for you. This process will enable you to shift how you relate to life, your partner, your kids, and most importantly, yourself.
In the weekend, you will explore archetypes through movement and the corresponding feeling: Warrior - Anger, Fear - Magician, Lover - Sadness, and King / Queen - Joy.
Feeling is your birthright because you have a body and it wants to move. However, modern culture teaches you that it is not okay to feel, leading to blocked feelings that keep you in your head. There are four primary feelings: Angry, Sad, Scared, and Glad.
Every feeling experience falls into one of these categories. You have been taught to regard three of the feelings as "bad" (Angry, Sad, and Scared) and one as "good" (Glad). This is as intelligent as saying that three directions on a compass are "bad" (e.g., North, South, and East) and one is "good" (West).
Feelings are experiential information and energy in the Emotional Body. All four feelings are tremendously useful professionally, providing the energy and wisdom necessary for excelling in your job. Each feeling energises one of the four archetypes.
**About Sybille**
I am a dedicated edge-worker and a force of nature. I use movement as a tool for self-inquiry and transformation, both for individuals and communities. I am passionate about group work and love supporting people in fulfilling their potential. When I hold space, participants are gently and effectively supported to explore their inner-unknown through dance.
I offer opportunities for internal shifts and healing. I am passionate about Possibility Management and use it as a form of movement medicine. This approach provides practical life tools that are easy to implement in everyday life, such as establishing healthy boundaries through conscious anger practice, gaining more clarity of purpose, changing old stories, understanding the complexity of our being, and aligning with our authentic selves.
