Rooms & Sleepout Available between $150 -200 per week in Tui Community – From 1 June till 1 December or shorter
Rent a room and join the home with three other young people (18-22).
A large, light-filled room with a loft bed
A 2-room sleepout with privacy and flexibility
Shared access to a generous home, large kitchen dinning room and big communal spaces see pictures.
Co-create a nourishing home environment — either individual or couples are welcome.
Rent & Agreements
You’re welcome to stay at Tui in M’Ocean Song for up to four months 1 June - 1 October, without needing to become a Tui resident. During this time, you’ll be asked to contribute about 3.5 hours of physical energy per week to Tui Community to support the land and community — a great way to connect.
If you feel called to stay longer, becoming a Tui resident is possible after you’ve been here for at least six weeks. You can also decide to apply for residency after your initial four-month stay if the lifestyle resonates with you. For details and costs to become a tui resident please get in touch.
